All yoga sessions must be booked in advance through the official website or authorized contact. Registrations are confirmed only after successful payment. Early booking is encouraged as class sizes are intentionally kept small to maintain personalized attention.

2. Payment Methods

Payments can be made via secure online gateways such as Razorpay, UPI, or bank transfer. We do not accept cash payments for online sessions. All transactions are processed securely, ensuring your financial information remains confidential and protected.

3. Session Confirmation

Once payment is received, participants will receive a confirmation email or message with session details, time, and platform link. Please review all details immediately and report discrepancies within 24 hours to avoid schedule conflicts or access issues.

4. Class Access Links

Online class links are private and should not be shared. Each participant receives an individual access link valid only for their registered batch. Sharing links violates our class policy and can result in removal without refund.

5. Payment Deadlines

Full payment must be completed before joining the first session. Unpaid or partially paid registrations will not be confirmed. We recommend completing payments at least 24 hours before class commencement to ensure timely access setup.

6. Rescheduling Sessions

If you wish to change your batch or class timing, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to seat availability and may involve an administrative adjustment fee depending on class capacity.

7. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend booked sessions without prior notice will not qualify for refunds or reschedules. Consistency is vital for progress; hence, we encourage participants to commit to their selected schedule for best results.

8. Group and Private Sessions

Prices vary for group classes and one-on-one sessions. Private coaching rates depend on duration and customization level. All fees will be clearly communicated before payment to maintain transparency and trust.

9. Currency and Taxes

All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes or transaction charges may be added during checkout. International participants must bear any currency conversion or bank transfer fees.
