1. Session Booking Confirmation
Once you enroll in a yoga program, your booking is confirmed only after full payment. This ensures your dedicated spot in the batch. Please review all details before confirming your registration, as slots are limited and personalized session planning begins immediately after payment confirmation.
2. Cancellation by Participant
If you wish to cancel your participation, please inform us at least 48 hours before your first session. Cancellations made later than this may not qualify for a refund as resources, schedules, and limited slots are already reserved specifically for you.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within the specified timeline before batch commencement. After classes have started, no refunds will be processed. Exceptions may apply in genuine medical or emergency cases, subject to review and approval by the administration.
4. Missed Classes
No refunds or partial adjustments are provided for missed sessions. However, based on availability, participants may be allowed to attend a compensatory class. Prior notice and instructor approval are required to reschedule or make up for missed sessions.
5. Refund – On Cancellations
For approved cancellations, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 4–5 business days.
6. Program Transfers
Participants may request a transfer to another batch or session date once, based on seat availability. Such changes must be requested before the batch begins. Additional administrative charges may apply for program transfers between schedules.
7. Technical Issues
If you face technical issues during online sessions, please inform the support team immediately. A brief recording or reschedule may be provided at the instructor’s discretion. Refunds are not applicable for participant-side internet or device-related issues.
8. Medical Emergencies
In case of genuine medical emergencies, refunds or credits may be considered upon submission of valid medical proof. The instructor will evaluate each case individually to ensure fair and empathetic consideration.
9. Non-Transferable Payments
All payments made are non-transferable to another participant. Each program is designed for individual health needs, making substitutions or name changes strictly restricted for safety and quality assurance.
